While serving for the school districts I was in charge of conceptual/visual development of the marching band program. Along side directors we discussed the overall visual package for the season and troubleshooting obstacles that may be presented. I was in charge of choreography and design for the Color Guard programs during Marching season and for the Indoor season. Responsibility of training and recruiting was also in duties. Conceptual and Visual design of the competitive program were part of the indoor season. I instilled core values of respect, hard work, and a great work ethic and a sense of commitment. I helped to build and develop confidence within each individual member as a building block for the rest of their adult careers. Maintaining a level of challenge and involvement was also needed for more seasoned members.

As a member services representative I worked with our membership through remote communications in the Contact Center and directly in our branches. Other responsibilities were training new MSRs and leading of a sales team. Understanding of processes, hands on training, and scenario role playing were part of the development of new MSRs. As an MSR II encountered many member challenges which may include Online Banking maintenance, Mobile Banking, Disputes, Stop Payments, and Credit Cards. I played an essential role in educating and developing new MSRs to problem solve based on processes and policy. Weekly and sometimes Daily motivational emails helped keep morale high for my team along with a sense of togetherness. Through my knowledge base I was able to send out informational emails that kept our department on top of Policies, Procedures, System Processes, new and old. Other accomplishments include the testing and facilitating of a new Internal Development Process, and identifying process improvement areas that significantly increased productivity within the ATM/Debit Department through the use of Excel and Access. Power Point was used to create a presentation for a company wide meeting about fundraising efforts in my department as well.
