I know Bob for last 20 years, and it was a pleasure to work with Bob during my tenures in Transmission Asset Management and Transmission Engineering. Bob is one of the rare Project Managers who strives for perfection in all areas of project management. He is extremely hardworking and takes pride in delivering projects safely, on time and within budget. Because of these qualities of Bob, he was given the responsibility of managing BC Hydro's major multimillion dollar transmission projects such as Forest Kerr and Interior to Lower Mainland transmission lines. In addition to managing projects, Bob also showed his leadership abilities in delivering BC Hydro's major Strategic Initiatives such as Engineering Service Agreement between BC Hydro and BC Transmission Corporation. Besides his excellent professional skills, Bob is a kind person who has worked for many charitable causes over the years such as 24 Hour Run for Disabled Kids. In essence, Bob is a genuine and positive person both on and off the job who always inspires others and leads by example.

I have known Bob for over 15 years. We were both colleagues at B.C. Hydro, then continued our relationship when I worked as a consultant for him on several occasions. Most recently, Bob and I collaborated on a joint consulting assignment for a major power utility and telecommunications company. Bob approaches tasks with a dedication and professionalism rarely seen. He is a wonderful project manager, and understands the spectrum of tasks involved in managing a project's life-cycle from strategic inception through successful implementation. Bob also possesses a strong moral, ethical and humanitarian code. He gives freely of his spare time to charities and to help others less fortunate. I am truly proud to call Bob a friend, and would welcome the next time we can work together. I give him my highest personal professional endorsement.
