During my time at Cruise Baltic, I had the pleasure of working closely together with Louise on several of the projects within the company. The amount of hard work, effort and creativity, she brought into the company was astonishing, and she always did it with a smile - making sure that coming in to work every day was a pleasure. Everyone that gets the opportunity to work with Louise is lucky, and I can only hope that in the future, I'll get to work with her again!

Jeg har igennem sommeren og efteråret haft fornøjelsen af at arbejde sammen med Louise Røssell i forbindelse med udvikling, koordinering og afvikling, samt de afsluttende processer forbundet med TechBBQ 2017, Danmarks største tech- og innovationssummit. Louise tiltrådte som Event Manager i en hektisk periode, hvor mange ideer og planer skulle til at lande og fokus skulle skærpes på at få samlet og eksekveret på koordinering af eventets showcasing-område. Til trods for et til tider kaotisk og hektisk arbejdsmiljø skabte Louise struktur og fik lagt en kurs for eventkoordinatorerne, hvis primære opgave var at hjælpe med at få samlet puslespillet, som showcasingen udgjorde. Louise viste store lederevner og jeg var tryg ved at overlade ansvar og opgaver til hende, da jeg vidste at der ville være styr på dem. Derudover kom Louise tit med gode forslag, ideer og løsninger og viste proaktivt sit initiativ og engagement ved også selv at identificere og definere opgaver for sig selv og eventkoordinatorerne, samt følge op på flere mikroprojekter, som havde indvirken på den overordnede eventlogistik og koordinering. I forbindelse med den årlige afrapportering trådte Louise hurtigt til og sørgede for at hjælpe projektlederen med at få indsamlet data og skrevet på selve rapporten. Endelig var hun en stor støtte for mig som leder og min nærmeste sparringspartner. Louise er meget afholdt af teamet på TechBBQ (både de frivillige og de fastansatte) og er en kvinde med gå-på-mod, fokus, overblik, blik for detaljen, kreativitet, viden og vilje. Louise har et positivt, imødekommende og vindende væsen og jeg håber, at få mulighed for at arbejde sammen med hende igen i fremtiden. Jeg kan kun give Louise mine absolut varmeste anbefalinger og ved at hun vil være et stort aktiv og en fantastisk kollega for den virksomhed eller organisation, som får hende på sit team. Throughout the summer and autumn, I have had the great pleasure of working together with Louise Røssell in relation to the development, coordination and delivery as well as the closing processes of TechBBQ 2017, the largest tech and innovation summit in Denmark. Louise joined the team as Event Manager in a hectic period where many ideas and plans had to be completed and there had to be put more focus on gathering the thoughts and coordinating the showcasing aspect of the event. Despite a sometime chaotic and hectic work environment Louise was able to create structure and plot a course for the event coordinators, whose primary task was to help put together the puzzle that the showcasing constituted. Louise showed great leadership skills and I was comfortable leaving responsibility and tasks to her as I knew it would be under control.
