William ably served the federation movement as JFNA’s Senior Vice President for Public Policy from 2005-2019. During his tenure he built an exceptionally competent, enthusiastic, and high achieving staff that provided excellent service with little turnover. Because of his leadership, the Washington Office was able to secure hundreds of millions of dollars of funding for nonprofit security, create new centers of excellence to support Holocaust survivors with dignity and compassion at the end of their lives, and literally impact hundreds of federal policy and funding decisions. More than being an excellent communicator and an extraordinary networker and influencer, William is a mensch!

Leo Goldfeld

William is a very efficient, well-connected, persuasive leader with a unique knowledge of DC Lay of The Land and deep convictions in eternal alignment of US and Israel people and states as two interconnected "Cities Upon a Hill", sharing a manifest destiny of bringing good into the world
