Project's objective was to increase the charge rate on each of the existing two train Gasifier by combining the two syngas cooling trains while using one of the two reactor/scrubber pairs. The reliability portion of the Project included changing the single pressure letdown system (900+ psi to ½ vacuum) to a two stage pressure letdown system and increase the "Blackwater/Greywater" system capacity. He is responsible for meeting the Project Objectives and must plan for and work with the numerous stakeholders and contributors during the various phase of the Project.
