Responsible for defining scope of work, design, and construction through turnover to operationsIdentifiy isolation points for idled equipment on ether unit and developed work packages for air gapping the equipment with no dead legs. These packages were given to managing contractor for a field contractor to do the work Identified necessary repairs/improvements to a 53-year-old water treatment plant (WTP) that furnishes boiler feed water for the power plant. The WTP processes well water by using clarifiers, filters, anion and cation beds and a deaerator to prepare the boiler feed water. Objective was to optimize the WTP’s capacity to reduce the use of costly water treatment trailers that supplement the plantPrepared bid package to give contractors for repair of a 500-foot tall masonry exhaust stack Show less

Project Manager for $150MM Gasification Reliability Improvement Project from conception to 98% completion of detail engineering. Project's objective was to increase the charge rate on each of the existing two train Gasifier by combining the two syngas cooling trains while using one of the two reactor/scrubber pairs. The reliability portion of the Project included changing the single pressure letdown system (900+ psi to ½ vacuum) to a two stage pressure letdown system and increase the "Blackwater/Greywater" system capacity. The Project Manager is accountable for the development and implementation of the Project. He is responsible for meeting the Project Objectives and must plan for and work with the numerous stakeholders and contributors during the various phase of the Project.
