Implemented eight sub-projects with a staff team of 37 as well as third party resources. Structured first-of-its kind centralized national electronics payments company (Malswitch). Created operating procedures and processes to launch a fully operational, secure, digital, national, electronic payments program for Reserve Bank of Malawi. Successfully implemented eight national “Malswitch” projects of the Reserve Bank of Malawi simultaneously. Managed the $16M “Malswitch” electronic payments program from concept through implementation, negotiated contracts with business and technology partners, secured Board funding, and earned international “most innovative” awards for implementation. Restructured difficult-to-manage Malswitch matrix organization into three functional “line” strategic business units (SBU’s). Led each to develop its own goals and objectives.
