During my time at Aces Boxing Club I was in charge of all Strength and Conditioning programs. My main responsibility was to get competition level and professional boxers to obtain peak performance levels in order to successfully compete in the boxing ring. In order to achieve this unique and individualized workouts were conducted for each specific boxer. Meal plans and weight management were also implemented so that a fighter can increase or maintain most of his strength while dropping weight. I had the privilege to work with Joe Zabry (Head boxing trainer) of Aces boxing club.

While being on the Passaic Police Department I have had the privilege to have work with such outstanding men and women who dedicate their lives for the safety of others. I was blessed and fortunate to have been assigned to several specialized units while I was there. Street Crimes, Special Investigations Division, Gang Unit, Narcotics, Detective Bureau and the Emergency response team (S.W.A.T).May God continue to look after all my former co-workers who still put that uniform on everyday and May the fallen never be forgotten.
