Adrian is an extraordinary professional. He is always providing very thoughtful feedback and great ideas to improve the team strategies and company product/services. I had the opportunity to work with him closely during Seafood expo in Barcelona and I can testify about his leadership skills, great knowledge of agriculture, e-commerce and marketing. As a team member I couldn’t imagine a better teammate, he created strategies and shared with me for alignment, he is really good at communication, understanding customer needs and planning, that allowed us to have a better outcome as a team. It is surprising how many languages he speaks and how much he knows about history, that is a great tool for different types of negotiation as he can connect very easily with people from many countries and cultures.
