This was a generalist HR role where I provided support for the following areas: Group Credit & Market Risk, Group Governance Risk, Group Finance, Group Strategy & Group Communications.My duties included business support to HRBPs via; PowerPoint presentations, MI data, SAP reports & other documents as required, HR guidance & advice to employees in all jurisdictions.Key projects that I worked on while in this role included: design and delivery of management workshops to develop people managers, initiation of an automated governance process, implementation of the Career & Reward Framework to employees in all jurisdictions, organisation and design of Graduate Programme developmental event for all graduates based on 'Personal Brand'
