I'm doing an internship at StudentsXCeos East Java Batch 4 Human Resources Division. In this internship, I was given a month's time with 5 different assignments. 1. Bonding SessionThis task is how I can improve the quality of work from all divisions in this organization, by working with 16 HR Interns to make this work program run optimally. I was tasked to become Main MC with my MC Partner. As a result, this program runs very well with satisfactory results.2. Internal MentoringThis event begins with market research to members of the organization about the latest issues aimed at finding mentors who will later become speakers for this program. In this Assignment, I invite Batch 3 from StudentsxCeos.3. Member AssessmentResponsible for overseeing and reporting on employee and succession planning, identifying departmental and individual training needs, and evaluating member performance. We conduct member appraisals every quadruple month to ensure that each team member is performing. Use the 360-degree assessment tool to hear and appraise opinions from other team members. Petroleum Integrated Days (Petrolida) is the biggest annual event held by SPE ITS Student Chapter. This year's series will be the 11th annual event. Petroleum Integrated Days mainly focuses on several competitions in the energy sector but also provides non-competition events such as Petroshow, City Tour, and Gala Dinner. Gala Dinner is the closing event of Petrolida where all participants, sponsors, and committee will gather together to enjoy the awaited awarding night. There will also be performances (band, choir, dance, etc) alongside the main event and it will be held offline.
