  I am an experienced family and divorce lawyer and mediator at Hedges Law. Where financial matters need to be resolved, I have particular experience in dealing with large assets such as companies, pensions and property.I have considerable experience of resolving arrangements for children, including how much time children spend with each parent, grandparents’ contact with children, and parents wanting to take their children to live in another country or area. Wherever possible, I try to ensure an agreement is reached without the involvement of the Court. Where this is not possible, I have represented clients in the Magistrates Court, County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal, through all stages of proceedings. I pride myself on being approachable, and tailoring my involvement to the needs of my clients. I always try to ensure that the legal side of divorce and separation is as straightforward as possible.
