Julie defines professionalism and tenacity. She inspired me when I worked side by side with her at the Sheraton with her drive to succeed and take care of her clients down to every last detail. Only rare professionals in the industry could excel at both sides of hospitality and planner, yet Julie could easily do either one! She's very detail-oriented and highly-organized - yet friendly, warm, and outgoing. What I love the most is through any trial or challenge that comes her way, she NEVER loses her big smile and always finds a way to make it work.

Julie served as the Catering Director for The Concourse Hotel and Governor's Club for all of my conferences that were held there from 1997 until 2007. She was great to work with - complete with suggestions for a more efficient operation of the Conference. She was used for the WI Marketing & Managment Association State Conferences as well as activites for the Business & Professional Women of Wisconsin. She was always on top of any challenges that may have arose. Julie made sure that we had the conference set-up sheets in plenty of time to make the changes for the next Conference. It is always comforting when the hotel contact checks on you at least once a day to make sure that all was going well. It is the little things and finishing touches that sometimes make or break a conference. Julie Woodward is very professional in her approach to clients. She listens to what their needs are and makes suggestions if they are not experienced in meeting planning. She is also willing to listen to those of us that have special requirements with 20 different activites going on at the same time. She is very personable, dependable, and cooperative in dealing with all her clients. I would highly recommend her for the position that she is seeking. Mae J. Laatsch, Executive Director WI Marketing & Management Association Past State President of the WI Business & Professional Women Co-Program Director of Sm.
