I had the pleasure of working with Paul for many years at CDC. Paul came to CDC is the number 2 person behind the founder of an acquired company. The founder quickly left and I was able to quickly consolidate all UK operations under Paul. Because of Paul’s business development experience, he quickly understood all our applications and developed a go to market approach for the UK. Paul became one of my top and most consistent performers very quickly. Several of Paul’s resources under his tutelage became leaders for CDC across all of EMEA. It wasn’t long where we felt Paul was the correct person to lead all of EMEA. It was a very challenging position with the varied cultures, but because Paul had developed the best resources, (Presales, Post Sales) it only made sense for him to continue with him at the helm.
