The staff departments have done an extraordinary job at accepting change and implementing new strategies that are proven winners to this day. CSI’s have improved over 50%. By utilizing a multitude of resources and developing an end-to-end plan, we have developed a sales strategy that has proven to be 96% effective at selling jobs flagged upon inspection. Morale in the service department is noticeably improving by each day. We strive to be superfluous - not only to our customers, but also to our own staff and competitor dealerships.
