On all projects, I was involved in the initial client contact to handover process, specifically: - Liaising with client during project consultation - Full property investigation - Rescode assessment - 3D modelling & preliminary floor plans - Project Proposal - Planning Permit - Building Permit - Occupancy Permit - As part of my role a 10% involvement with sales was also required. I was engaged with various divisions of the diverse group that is Schiavello working on modular construction projects, technical facade and glazing projects as well as fitout and construction projects. During this time I worked with construction managers, structural engineers, fire engineers and facade engineers.
