While Elizabeth was attending college, during the summer breaks she worked for me helping source candidates for the primary searches for my firm which include Supply Chain, Operations and a wide variety of functions. She did a great job and has a knack for finding good candidates and also has exceptional communications skills. I am a bit biased because she is my daughter. Currently she is continuing her work in the IT/ Technical Recruiting space with my firm and also continuing to assist me in finding top candidates using a wide variety of resources. Elizabeth continues to develop her skills on the candidate sourcing and development side of the business and also now will be working with developing new clients as well.
