Nicholi served as my Operations Manager for 1 year. During that time, she provided me with the foundational knowledge I needed to serve our customers who came to us to fulfill unemployment requirements, learn work-search activities, or enroll in our more intensive programs. Nicholi was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. What impacted me most was how she always, and I repeat, ALWAYS, smiled and welcomed me into her office when I stopped by to ask a question. I know she was very busy but she never made me feel that she was too busy to help. As a matter of fact, she was always able to provide me with an answer on the spot, or she knew how to find it. Nicholi is a terrific person; she is a valuable resource and an asset to any organization.

Working with Nicholi on joint projects was always a positive experience. Nicholi always added value, understood the big picture and appreciated the details. Nicholi was able to build solid relationships with both internal and external constituents of St. Francis House.
