Nettie headed up one of the most important enabling functions for specialist Digital, Data and Technology professions in DfE, and was an absolute god-send. She ensured that we, as Heads of Profession, always stayed on track with our messaging, coaching us and helping us to be on top of our comms game, and helping us maintain a laser-focus on our professional communities. Nettie brought her deep understanding of how agile/digital multidisciplinary teams operate and deliver to the wider team, helping establish and mature our communities of practice within our evolving digital organisation. Nettie brings a genuine warmth and inimitable energy to any conversation - she is super-switched on and a great asset to any delivery team. I look forward to working with her again soon.

I have worked with Nettie several times over the last decade and I rate her very highly. She has strong skills in digital comms & engagement and excels at delivery. Nettie is a very active member of the government digital community and a real advocate for promoting a digital approach to delivery. Above all Nettie has an amazing way with people and would be a valuable addition to any team, and I would absolutely recommend hiring her.
