  Assigned to the Production Department of Factory 18G under the direct supervision of factory manager. Diligently delivered all projects/tasks in a timely manner. Offered a permanent post at Top Glove upon graduation based on service merits. Among the duties discharged in my 3 months practical period: - Designed,refined and implemented a chemical reduction module for the alkaline tank, effectively reducing the expenditures of utilities by 38% without adversely affecting glove quality. - End-of-line inspection of glove products to measure the defect frequencies. Blind tests were carried out, with white-water staining and surface shining being the most common problems encountered. - Consistently collaborated and liaised with R&D Engineers to identify the root causes associated to the white-water staining of gloves in the production line. - Effectively relayed real-time information of production woes to other departments in the production line (RASM, Packing,AI and Compounding) for further troubleshooting and rectification to be made by designated persons. - Active personnel in the operation of factory laboratory by conducting tensile tests on glove samples to estimate the degree of glove tightness due to changes in the post rinsing tank parameters. - Clinical delivery of industrial training/technical reports and presentations to internal and external advisors.
