Eu altamente recomendo Isadora a qualquer potencial empregador.

Introduced Documented’s WhatsApp newsletter to the Spanish-speaking immigrant communities and grassroot organizations in Washington Heights (N.Y.) Wrote Twitter and Facebook posts in English, Spanish and Portuguese, and devised strategies to grow the website’s audience. In two months I was able to build relationships with 16 organizations, from Latin American consulates to sanctuary churches and community centers, to promote the site’s WhatsApp newsletter. Six started carrying Documented’s flyers; three invited the founders to participate in community events deepening listening and engagement among the community, as well as brand awareness. Online, I boosted the organic reach of Facebook posts significantly, to an average of 443 users per post from roughly 5 users per post. On Twitter, I increased the monthly average number of impressions more than sixfold to 429,000 from 71,000.

Fiocruz is the biggest scientific institution for research and development in biomedical sciences in Latin America and one of the world's main public health research centers. As reporter for the Journalism and Communications Department, I covered national and international congresses and seminars on medicine and science and wrote/produced pieces on researcher’s scientific findings. The works were published in the Ministry of Health websites, social media, and in the print publication ‘Revista Manguinhos’, distributed nationwide to all public health institutions in the Brazil. As the only trilingual journalist in the Office, I also served as the Institute's international public relations, responsible for responding to international media requests, translating press releases, and assisting the Communications Manager on scientific cooperation initiatives; such as Eliminate Dengue project, developed with Monash University, in Australia.

Futura is an internationally awarded educational cable channel that belongs to Organizações Globo, the largest mass media group of Latin America. It is directly subordinated to Roberto Marinho Foundation, Globo's non-profit organization. I joined Futura's newly formed New Media Department in 2010 to create and manage the Channel’s presence on the Internet. On top of that, I created content for online campaigns to engage new and diverse audiences, such as educational quizzes, promotions, and the online board game CDF - the channel's first online educational game. The game debuted in 2011 with 4,000 quizzes on Health, Environment, History and Pop Culture, in which the content was developed by us with the help of field specialists. As an analyst, I also wrote reviews on international movies, TV series, and documentaries to be purchased by the cable network.
