  Introduced Documented’s WhatsApp newsletter to the Spanish-speaking immigrant communities and grassroot organizations in Washington Heights (N.Y.) Wrote Twitter and Facebook posts in English, Spanish and Portuguese, and devised strategies to grow the website’s audience. In two months I was able to build relationships with 16 organizations, from Latin American consulates to sanctuary churches and community centers, to promote the site’s WhatsApp newsletter. Six started carrying Documented’s flyers; three invited the founders to participate in community events deepening listening and engagement among the community, as well as brand awareness. Online, I boosted the organic reach of Facebook posts significantly, to an average of 443 users per post from roughly 5 users per post. On Twitter, I increased the monthly average number of impressions more than sixfold to 429,000 from 71,000.
