Previously having experiences from Kindred Coffee, I was able to adapt and apply my skills in Buon Giorno Coffee. However, I've gained knowledge about traditional coffee and have a greater appreciation of medium to dark roast coffee. They've given opportunities for me to progress and handed responsibilities as well. My team and I operate well under rushes and remain friendly to our customers. As my first step in coffee, this job gave an insight into my vision. It was my first experience in making customers a delicious cup of coffee and where the feelings of joy and pride surfaced to see their delighted faces. My enthusiasm to make a perfect cup of coffee, whether it was steaming milk for a latte, making a pour-over, or making a frappe, grew immensely. My pallet began to recognize distinct flavor notes in coffee and analyze the grind dosage to dial espresso. I've experimented with beverages to create new recipes. However, the community is what makes the coffee taste even better. My coworkers and the regular customers brought joy to every day that I worked. It inspired me to work harder to perfect each cup of coffee for someone to enjoy. (Below are a few of my latte art)
