I led enterprise mobile requirements to enable employee access to Accenture expertise via mobile devices. Role includes influencing Accenture's social media strategy to meet enterprise business requirements and to build social networks across the enterprise.- Oversaw transition of Knowledge Management Shared Services from onshore to offshore (India)- Managed business requirements in the startup of the Buenos Aires Social Learning team- Led Accenture’s KX Taxonomy committee and business requirements for Enterprise Search - Led Accenture program that aligned Accenture’s Intellectual Property and Asset Management system with the KX offerings/assets taxonomy and migrated offerings to a new SharePoint KX infrastructure. Automated display of assets and introduced collaborative capabilities, while eliminating over 300 offering sites. Automated the Offerings PowerPoint Catalog, saving the firm $20K per quarter. Led analytics, quality processes, leadership reporting and communication of new tools. - Established Offering Community to share trends, feedback, and identify ways to better reach audiences- Led grassroots Mobility Community that developed Accenture’s strategic vision for mobile opportunities and released first Offerings Mobile web site working with CIO using Agile development

Established content quality processes, including data security rules with Accenture Legal. Took a Leave of Absence from Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) to train for the Olympics in a single-handed sailboat called the Europe Dinghy. Won the 1994 Olympic Class National Championships, 3rd in 1995, 7th in Snipe Women's World Championships, 1995 Ranked 3rd in USA on Sailing Team in Olympic Europe Dinghy, then Injured August 1995.
