  EXPO Design Center was a High End division of The Home Depot, and the Company shut down in 2009 after the housing crisis in 2009, but I ended with the role of Operations "Department Supervisor". I managed the front end operations which include the Cashiers, Returns, Till/Vault, and Service Desk for special orders. Back end operations: Receiving Docks, Will Call pickup, stock transfers, RTV (Return to Vendor) processing and destruction. "Key Holder" duties including opening and closing the building, approvals, verifying the safe, customer interactions, and MOD (Manager On Duty) when store manager wasn't on site.
