David's calm demenear has made it an absolute delight to work with him over the past 4 years. David's professional approach and worth ethic's never go unnoticed. He is very customer focused, measured in his approach and has been a fabulous mentor and leader to myself and others at Lendlease. He is very well respected and his opinion and feedback is valued.. David's is not doubt an expert at taking on special projects and ensuring a seamless approach for a successful outcome. There were many challenges that David took on quite effortlessly. A fantastic Operations Manager, communicator and connector.

I have had the pleasure of working with David on a number of projects that have been recognized with industry awards for excellence and made significant improvements to the lives of the residents that benefited from the renovations carried out. I have been very impressed with how David calmly lead the projects presenting the benefits to the stakeholders to win them over and the get projects out of the ground. David showed great empathy and built strong relationships with the team he managed and oversaw.
