Tirthankar "Titu" Bhowmick
Megan started in Equilar as a Research Analyst and grew up to be a HR manager. Our CEO often cites her an example of how one can grow at Equilar. When she started her career in HR, as a manager I could immediately feel the benefit in terms of hiring and administrative processes. SInce, we are a small company she had to play multiple roles. The teams I manage has hired over a dozen new employees with the assistance of Megan and her team.
