I recommend Nina without reservation. She was my part-time assistant for two years when I was the Training Director at an education non-profit. Her work was consistently outstanding. Not only did Nina design efficient new systems to manage all of our administrative details, she developed improvements to the presentation of the training material, hence, improving the quality of my own work. Nina has enormous intellectual ability that she applied to every task. Because she had such a wide range of skills and intellectual abilities, Nina quickly took on more responsibilities. She took the teacher training and became a discussion leader in Senior centers and a site observer in middle schools. I trusted her completely because I knew she would complete all tasks with impeccable attention to detail and would generate creative solutions to any problems she encountered in the office and on-site. Nina is an outstanding strategic thinker, who sees the benefits and flaws of any situation. I felt she was more a brainstorming and strategizing partner than an assistant. Nina has a fantastic dry sense of humor and excels at working successfully with all types of people

Nina taught several developmental classes for the Reading Department at Anne Arundel Community College. She was also a valued member of the English adjunct faculty. Nina is a well-rounded and very skilled teacher who uses active-learning, student-centered strategies to support the success of her students and to prepare them for for the academic rigor of college-level classes. Nina operates from a high level of integrity; she never missed a class and she always completed departmental paperwork in a timely manner. I am happy to recommend Nina without reservation.
