Kristina is not just another HR, she is a professional, who deserves every sense of the title "business partner". When you know her better, and work closer..you understand that she is what your HR organization needed for your team, for your company. Kristina not only knows all the aspects and specifics of working with staff (as any good HR should), she goes above and beyond in collaboration, getting involved into projects as observer or facilitator and as well as active participant or influencer, even if the topic is too technical. I was always amazed by the way how she handles arguments and hot discussions not matter what the context is. Needless to say, you can always rely on her in any task, get a piece of advice for personal or team matter. Kristina will always be an asset, not only for a company, for a team, but for every manager she works with as well.
