My fitness background traces back to my days as a United States Marine. My philosophy as a personal trainer and fitness instructor has always been to infuse my classes or sessions with energy, enthusiasm, connection, expertise, technical excellence, and FUN! I believe music plays an important role in motivation, and I incorporate it into my classes. Cardio Kickbox is my signature group X format, and the one that I love, since it was this format that inspired my decision to become a group fitness instructor!
