  ● Managed a $10M+ portfolio of all construction projects on Joint Base Lewis-McChord that utilized troop construction labor; coordinated the request receipt, site survey, feasibility analysis, initial Statement of Work drafting, and the prioritization and sequencing of 26 projects.● Served as military liaison to the Directorate of Public Works’ Business Operations and Integration Division; supervised quality assurance agents and ensured troop construction projects met environmental, financial, and facilities management regulatory requirements.● Developed new troop construction process for JBLM, which decreased the time from customer request to project execution by 12+ months, and fostered increased participation from the installation, higher headquarters, and constructing units in order to create more transparency and effective communication among stakeholders.

  ● Second-in-charge of a multifunctional logistics team of over 110 people; coordinated the routine maintenance and transportation of 38 military vehicles throughout eight European countries. ● Lead planner for U.S. Engineer Paratrooper involvement in multinational military exercise in Groningen, Netherlands; managed a $225,000 budget, international transportation logistics, and interagency planning to deploy U.S. presence and build NATO relationships in a high-profile Dutch military exercise. ● Developed and executed logistics plans to demonstrate the unit’s ability to rapidly transport military personnel and equipment into austere environments for eight multinational exercises in Germany, Slovenia, France, and Turkey. ● Led a platoon of 33 Soldiers to coach, teach, and train a partnered Lithuanian Army Engineer unit on US Army tactics and techniques during a three-month deployment in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve in Lithuania.
