- Collaborate with Dr. Behnaam Aazhang's MTEC team of 8 graduate researchers, 2 post-doctoral researchers, 4 professors, and 5 medical doctors and neurosurgeons to investigate the role of the glymphatic system in humans during sleep - Spearhead independent project researching mild traumatic brain injuries (mTBI) to develop algorithmic tools for use with noninvasive diagnostic modalities for concussion - Identify connections between mTBI and the glial lymphatic system and contribute to publications on non-invasive measurements and stimulation technique - Achieve acceptance to the MS/PhD program by defending my qualifying project titled "Fully Objective Classification of mTBI with a Kernelized Classifier" which illustrates potential preliminary success in classifying mTBI from healthy EEG recordings Show less
