I had the pleasure of working with Lauren as she completed her internship in the marketing department at Rita's Franchise Company. Lauren has a fantastic work ethic and continuously exceeded my expectations as her manager. She is welcoming, enthusiastic, extremely positive, and a fantastic communicator and multi-tasker. She was always willing to jump in and assist the department as best she could, and required very little direction no matter what task or project was assigned. Her work was always well thought out, organized, timely and impactful.
