They also started two new call centers onsite that does loans and started doing educational loans from Damelin, CTU and a few smaller colleges in partnership with Maravedi. I then later had to incorporate Cell phones and personal loans as an added model. I've designed, developed and supported this in its full SDLC. We used SQL databases and interfaced locally with their Siemens Voice recording Software. Address, credit checks and Personal details are validated off site via Frontier and had to also finally interface with PeopleSoft for pay-outs to the relevant parties. ICOM’s mostly client-server technologies drive a broadbase of business partners. I facilitated a web project management system (ASP.Net) where tasks could be assigned and tracked over timelines taking into account resources and time lost because off it. Using the internet we could still provide solutions to Optum for the ‘PathLab’ Pathology lab solution. Apart from modifying the IQ health packaged doctor and pharmacy solutions to be valid for Australian based medical Aids and doctors, we started to develop a pathology system that would track test results and make them available over the internet for the doctors sending their monsters to the lab. Interdoc used their practice management software to enable claims management with the Medical Aids at that time. I was first involved with the support but then quickly became part of the development team developing new versions of the practice management software for doctors, hospitals and pharmacies (Delphi 5 with Interbase data). It then had to interface with the server for claims made to the Medical aids and facilitate pre payments to the client at a transaction fee.
