  Managua, Nicaragua I founded an outdoor equipment manufacturing facility known as SMr ILLUMINATE in Managua, Nicaragua. We are purposefully planted in a developing country to stimulate sustainable economic change and ensure the improved quality of life of our employees. We started out by hiring men and women that were taught a skill set (sewing) from a local ministry, from there we have continued to grow and offer more jobs to a community that is in need of reliable / reputable work and income.
