Phil and I worked together in the early days of online streaming video at Playback Media, an eLearning SaaS provider. Phil was the ultimate team player, wearing many different hats and taking on any and all responsibilities to get the job done. He has the unique quality of being able to address the technical and business challenges of a client. He always made sure that each and every client was getting first class support and service. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Phil again in the future.

I worked with Phil during our time at Playback Media. He was tasked with building the customer support department from the ground up and did an amazing job in bringing it online. Single handedly, Phil created all of the policies and procedures for supporting our products from scratch. He then recruited and trained the entire staff to solve our customer’s issues in a timely and professional manner. No matter how stressful the situation, Phil always remained calm as he worked through the problem and I can’t remember ever seeing Phil without a smile on his face. It was a pleasure working with Phil, as he always looked on the bright side of any situation.
