  My first task was to take care of the company’s infrastructure move from the old headquarters in Belgium to the new one in Milan. I planned all the required upgrades to the existing infrastructure (Cabling, Air Conditioning, Network Connectivity) and once the hardware was safely moved I rebuilt the network and server infrastructure into the new location. At the moment I’m in charge of: • Managing the internal network and virtualized infrastructure (Hyper-V based) hosting various business critical services (SQL Server, Domain Controller, RDP Server, ERP, Publishing Management System) • Provide local and remote support to end users • Managing the company's Office 365 tenant • IT assets life-cycle management • Supporting the Marketing department, by working with external suppliers (web-developers, hosting companies and email marketing platforms) to support all the digital marketing activities • Setting up custom audio/video solutions to support the events organized by the company Show less
