Ann Caspari
Stephanie was a wonderful volunteer for our story time programs for young children and their caregivers at the National Air and Space Museum. I always knew that I could rely on Stephanie to engage the children with her narrative style and enthusiastic yet gentle manner. Whether we were reading about planets or talking about aviators, Stephanie was able to bring the material to the children's level and find ways to make the program both fun and educational.
Katie Mallory
I was Stephanie's direct supervisor as Lead Historic House Interpreter for four seasons at Mackinac State Historic Parks. She had only one season of experience under her belt and more than half the staff was younger than her. But she showed her maturity in this position and took it very seriously. She grew in experience and became one of the best of the best. She led by being a great example, but was also careful to explore was to listen to and guide the staff to their best. She will always do her best on site and will go above and beyond her job's duties.
