Andrew provided fantastic voluntary support to The Sustainability Team at London 2012 during the Olympics. Andrew had great communication skills, was extremely proactive and dedicated. As a Sustainability Compliance Manager working at Hadleigh Farm, Lee Valley White Water Centre, North Greenwich Arena (the O2 Arena), ExCel and the Olympic Park, Andrew undertook duties such as noise monitoring, checked for fuel and other spillages, waste management and habitat protection. Importantly, Andrew undertook actions necessary to prevent and resolve incidents; and contributed to the London 2012 achievement of re-using, recycling and composting 70% of Games time waste.
