This resulted in an increase of training compliance from 85% to 98% within a 7-month period. Also created an Excel dashboard to report learning compliance for the organization using data from the myLearning application. Document Management Plans, Risk Management Plans and Decommissioning Plans were created to provide guidance on processes within the Global Logistics organization.
