As a D-Lab Data Science Fellow, I help give social science researchers at Berkeley the programming/data analysis tools and background they need they achieve the research goals they want. As a fellow, I teach short, intensive courses in topics such as the fundamentals of Python and R, as well data wrangling and visualization in these languages. I also help communicate these concepts to a general audience through blog posts and forum talks.
