Since 2019, I have worked part-time at the art school I went to in high school, teaching students to create digital art through Adobe Creative Cloud software, such as images with Photoshop, and videos with After Effects and Premiere Pro. My goal is to introduce them to the medium and prepare them for learning advanced skills in digital media to take with them for higher education and their jobs in the field of the arts. • Routine includes presentations and artist showcases to demonstrate successful examples of their interests, such as digital illustration, photography, animation, graphic novels, design, and filmmaking • Couple learning the tools to create art digitally with the means to tell visual stories and communicate with their audience to produce a strong collection of art through the semester for their portfolios and gallery showings/competitions to advance their career and opportunities for college or other higher education Show less
