Optimized MLP batching and scheduling flow on Tutor+, introducing predictive data for classroom and sub-batch creation, real-time allocation, and student and tutor continuity features, resulting in a remarkable reduction of MLP tutor utilization from 100% to approximately 35%. Developed BHT Tutor Ops Dashboard and BHT Life Cycle Management features Managed the entire BHT Orchestration Layer project and played a key role in successfully taking the entire project to production. Created self-serve priority-based batch switch feature for learn-portal, empowering 100K users to effortlessly modify their batches with very few reported issues. It also resulted in a cost-saving reduction of over 40% in IRT calls. Later, Migrated this feature from the legacy system to the Batching Service using SpringBoot, Java. Designed and Implemented an event-driven calendar feature in Byju's-classes, integrated seamlessly with the Calendar Service using AWS KAFKA. This feature publishes 100K-1M daily events to Kafka topics for enhanced visibility and user experience.
