This was realized by collaborating with various cross-functional teams, spanning Sales, Marketing, R&D, and manufacturing units. Under my leadership, a customer-centric ethos became the cornerstone of our operations. I strategically guided the sales, marketing, and customer care teams, emphasizing the need to offer exceptional value at every touchpoint of the customer's journey. Leveraging over a decade in technology implementations for Fortune 500 companies, it is clear that simply creating and marketing products is not enough. Value for both the business and, more importantly, the customers comes from methodically orchestrating the first stage of the customer journey. I worked with senior technology leadership on a personalization strategy that would drive omni-channel engagement through orchestrated experiences. A test-and-learn approach was the core of our continuous improvement approach and driving awareness of the products was our first step. We developed a comprehensive Advertising strategy to drive data collection and analysis, target audience definition/segmentation, programmatic advertising, and insights dashboards to determine revenue of advertising spend (RoAS).
