      Mr. Palmer provides leadership to the sales, conference services and educational opportunity teams first as a consultant and then for a year as the Vice President of Sales and Guest experience and in 2014 once again as a consultant. The goal was to increase utilization of the center and create positive youth experiences for those who participate in programs at the Center.       This is the leading trade association for the student and young adult travel market in the United States and Canada. As a Treeline client we helped grow the organization from start up to 800 plus member companies with a budget over $2 million. Mr. Palmer served as the organization spokesperson to the press, in governmental affairs, to the travel industry and to the educational community. Palmer helped create an ongoing awareness campaign, membership recruitment program, an international membership initiative (5% of members are from outside of North America), research initiatives and established the strategic planning process. Mr. Palmer also helped lead the effort to create and then manage an accreditation program and a certification program for the industry.
