Project Summary: Project Dawn: A&L Goodbody were appointed the lead legal advisors to the IBRC special liquidators, KPMG, to support the sales process of a c.€22 billion loan book spanning multiple jurisdictions and loan asset classes. I worked as part of the banking team to deliver this loan sales project. I was also involved in two other high profile loan sales projects for clients Ulster bank and RBS; Project Button’s CRE portfolio sale worth €850 million and the larger Project Aran portfolio worth €6 billion.
