Part of GfK Australia in a qualitative insights role. As co-founder of social media consultancy, iThnk, I was responsible for devising, implementing and evaluating online marketing strategies for our clients. iThnk was a huge learning curve that gave me a greater appreciation for the importance of brand identity in the digital space. Having the opportunity to (at the time) shape the way some great organisations communicate via digital and social channels was a real highlight of the iThnk venture.
