CF Anderson, a long established business with a well-respected reputation, had been on the edge of drifting into difficulty and was showing signs of a weakening performance and declining market share. To address these performance issues I was appointed in 2013 with a simple mandate; to swiftly and decisively implement corrective measures and using my commercial acumen, business nous and entrepreneurial instinct to help re-energise, rebuild and reinvent the business over the next five years.
