Working hand to hand with a product team in communication with a larger and multidisciplinary team (qa, front, back, mkt ...), I developed projects for the user app (ios & android) as well as for the internal CRM of the company and other product verticals. Some of the projects and tasks that I was able to develop: - Redesign of the business website: https://business.loycus.com/ - Research (Competitive analysis, interviews, Affinity diagrams, Lean UX, Usability tests, Data driven design...) - Improvement of functionalities and creation of new features to improve the product. All this through data-driven decisions working together with product managers and data specialists (like the improvement of the use of the filters and the search engine, or the "cross-selling"/"up-selling" options when there are no results available). - Proposals for a redesign of the visual in the app. Specially for the Home. - Proposals for tangibility and incentives to encourage the use of the app. - Creation of new UI components, maintenance and evolution of the design system. - A/B Tests. - Improvement of the AI for some parts of the CRM. - Redesign of the blog and implementation by WP. - Branding presentations for the marketing team. - Design of emails and implementation by Sendgrid. - Proposals of improvement for the voice and tone of the brand.
