Responsibilities include: • Lead a highly functional agency unit with a staff of one hundred thirty-five federal and contract employees to execute day-to-day program and technical activities to meet both organizational and mission objectives. • Led the effort to research, develop, and implement an electronically integrated Human Resource system which resulted in a 40% reduction in the time needed to post, interview, and hire new team members. • Led the implementation of the system by planning the projects schedule, tracking changes and milestones, overseeing the data migration to the new system and ensuring the old system was disposed of properly and securely. • Developing senior level communications plans to government and contractor workforce regrading utilization, training, and organizational structure internal to International Labor Affairs Bureau (ILAB). • Established innovative approaches focused on improving agency data visualization tools exercising low-cost options with rapid results, enhancing senior leader situational awareness, and improved client communications and media plans. • Coordinated and managed the recruitment, hiring, assignments process, and placement of Labor attachés in overseas posts to support ILAB operations and United States Mexico Canada Agreement (USMCA) requirements. • Developed and lead two inter-agency re-organization plans, which increased the agency workforce by 50% to fulfill department obligations under the USMCA.
