Bio
Chas Swedberg
In the year Bert was on my team, he is by far our most improved UX Designer. As a career-changer, he leveraged his already developed consulting skills and worked hard to successfully prove himself in the UX field. There was no UX Designer that is more successful at collaborating with product and engineering and understanding our complex inventory systems. His enthusiasm for the work, the problem and the team is infectious.

Bert is an amazing contributor to the UX team! He excels at teamwork and readily jumps in to help with any problem a designer, researcher or BA maybe facing. He has a knack for understanding complex systems and breaking them down for the team to consume. He happily takes on any project and is always a pleasure to work with. He’s quite comfortable working with C level staff and can perform in places where many designers tend to shrink. Most importantly, he's not afraid to ask tough questions that make the product better for the user.
