      • As a graduate mentor, I coached college students on Transferrable employability skills and Technical Automotive Skills through the government’s catch-up funding (The National Tutoring Programme). This was through classroom teaching and one-to-one after-hours tutoring. • I worked with Teachers to a) coordinate weekly group discussions, b) Introduce and present specific topics, c) devote extra support to students with special education needs • Additionally, I supplemented the official feedback from teachers with my own technical experience to develop detailed improvement plans for the students, specifically focusing on study techniques and time management methods. • I managed a caseload of 15-20 students who I tutored one to one. I worked with each one of them to understand their strengths and improvement priorities ensuring I adapted my approach based on the individual needs, whilst being mindful of any learning difficulties or behavioural issues • My proudest experience was working with an Ethiopian student with very limited English proficiency who was expected to fail but with regular tuition, they passed comfortably and are now pursuing further education.
